Whereas an ordinary Clio looks very adorable and maybe a little plain, it is not a bad thing to be seen driving around in a R27. It looks sporty from all angles and most would notice the 17 inch alloy wheels that have a unique finish to them. There is also more tint for the windows. In any colour the car looks ready to zoom around with the more popular colours being yellow and red.R27 also features adaptive headlights(cornering lights) as well as electronically adjusted mirrors.
Performance
The little box is powered by a four cylinder 2 litre naturally aspirated engine capable of producing 145 kw of power while screaming at 7250 rpm. Torque is also an impressive 215 n.m at 5500 rpm.
Surprisingly for a car this size, the R27 is not that light with a weight of close to 1700kg. But this is not even an issue as 100km/h is reached in 6.9 seconds after having changed through the five of six gears. One other plus is the R27 is being graceful on fuel only sipping 8.4 l/100 km.
The small hatch segment is getting hotter with competitors throwing their small models with slightly bigger engines and hoping that would be the trick. However Renault have taken the time to created a car that is purposefully fun.

My car seems to have had its day, its been a diamond car and lasting me over 5 years, but I think its time to get a new one. But recently the body work and interior has started to get a bit messy, with rust and the rest.
So I have been saving all of my pennies and am now looking through brochures of new cars. I just cannot make my mind up on the car that I will purchase, I log on every day to have a quick browse.
Recently though while searching through YouTube I came across this amazing video showing how cars would look in a few more years. If you have a look at the above video the future cars will blow your mind away.
Looking at the silver Peugeots or the silver BMW is just amazing and I honestly do believe that in the next 10 years we will be seeing cars that are a lot more rounded. Technology is advancing and if we turn out attention back to the early 90's where people did not really know how to manipulate metals most of the cars had a square format, but if we then fast forward to the present date you will see cars are already starting to take shape such as the Audi TT car models.
So after viewing this great video, I think I am going to hide my money away and save up abit more until the futuristic models get released. Allow upto five more years before we see these on the market.
Its is diffucult to improve on an already popular car and could VW make the the ever more irrestible? How about more power, better fuel economy and a sportier look?

President Obama’s plans to reduce carbon emissions by increasing fuel efficiency standards have sparked a heated debate. On the one hand reduced fuel consumption means less dangerous greenhouse gas emissions, and will contribute to a cleaner environment. Do not get my opinion wrong, I am all for bailing out companies that genuinley deserve it. People are not purchasing cars, its not as if people have there funds invested in a sector like the banking sector, which always gets a rescue package. I say that if the car that a company is supplying is not doing good than that overwhelmly is completely down to the company not seeing the demands of the industry.
Most people these days do not want petrol guzzling machines such as the Jaguars for two reasons, firstly because people travel a lot and it will cost them a lot more and secondly is that they emit to much pollution to the planet hurting the environment. This is the ultimate reason why businesses are not coping, their products are just not worth while.
It is all well and good for people to save companies, but the credit crunch should be seen as a positive approach. It should ultimately disregard all of the bad bits of over saturated niches and when this is all finished we may see a new strong breed of car manufacturers coming through, that could in fact reinvent the way we drive and perceive cars, the new technology could end up taking us to new levels and making cars a lot more resiliant and comfortable to drive around in.
